A really good tutorial on making macarons. In French, but you can turn on auto-translation of subtitles. Not a perfect translation but it lets you follow along. (I've been thinking about food gifts lately, thanks to all the jam-making, and I keep thinking about French delicacies, macarons and nougat in particular.)
